V.-44 21-2613 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Reed Levitt, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide build out of a knowledge management tool in ZenDesk that will be available for families through the enrollment website and also will have a "staff only" section for Student Welcome Center staff; help develop an organizational structure, work with relevant offices to gather content (e.g., Office of Enrollment, Office of English Language Learners, Office of Early Childhood, and so forth), add the content into ZenDesk, launch the site, and train staff on how to use it; and also may support with project management across a few other enrollment projects, via Student Assignment Department, for the period of September 13, 2021 through January 15, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
