Call for the immediate demand resignation of child beater paid by OUSD Donnie Barclift, Field Supervisor, Nutrition Services https://www.ipetitions.com/my/petitions/1276050
Demand that reverse discrimination is not more important than your kid's safety, education, and future.
Mr Donnie Barclift severely beat by flogging two 11,12 year old boys with a lumber beam in the late '80's while he was a Marine in Southern California. One of those kids died in 2009 by a drug overdose. He was never in the ARMY in North Carolina as he claimed in an OUSD article.
This man continues to be employed by OUSD because they care more about a reverse discrimination law than the most qualified staff. He knew this and that's the real reason he targeted OUSD for employment in addition to making his child victims pay him. Two birds with one stone. He has no degree or even a single college class on his LinkedIn. So why chose a school district for a job? And how did he even qualify?
