V1.-1 21-2541 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services by and between the District and Shah Kawasaki Architects, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide design services described in Articles 5 and 6 of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the design-build of Coliseum Prep Academy at Havenscourt High School Site Expansion Project, in the not to-exceed amount of $1,125,011.00, which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000.00 for additional services, a not-to-exceed amount of $23,350.00 for reimbursable expenses, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on November 4, 2021, and scheduled to last until March 31, 2025.
