I am in support of OUSD renewing Community School for Creative Education’s multi-year lease until 2026 with an option to renew pending charter renewal at our 2111 International Blvd location.

It is important to me that CSCE does not move location because its an great school and the teachers and staff are wonderful. My daughter loves it her and it will break her heart if she has to leave anytime soon. This school is AWESOME!

It is important to me that CSCE does not move location because it has been beneficial to the growth and learning processes with my great granddaughter. I have been involved with this school as a Mentor through Israelite Baptist Church. This is a good multicultural experience for teachers and their students.

I like this school and it is very close to my home.

It is important to me that CSCE does not move location because of the small, family-community it offers to both the adults and school-aged children. My children, personally have attended more that 5 schools due to relocation, and CSCE has yet to be their favorite!

I support CSCE staying at 2111 International with a renewed lease through the year 2026 because the school is a safe haven for these kids. The school has put time and money into beautifying the building so the space feels special. It would also be very unfair to uproot these kids again after the past year and how hard it has been for everyone, especially all our kids. San Antonio neighborhood really needs this space and all the additional services it offers to families.

It’s important to me that CSCE does not move location because it’s an essential school to the neighborhood. CSCE provides a safe & enriching environment for the diverse families in the San Antonio neighborhood. Asking to uproot & displace the stable education of the children and families currently attending this school during the continuing unprecedented times of a tragic pandemic would be extremely stressful & traumatic. There already has been so much loss, change, and trauma these past almost two years. Please have compassion for the children, the families & staff of CSCE. The current location of CSCE provides stability for the students and the community with their food pantry. There’s no other schools like CSCE within a safe walking distance in the San Antonio Neighborhood.
