V.-31 21-2482 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide three (3) Americorps staff members to provide academic support, mentoring and tutoring supplementing support during school hours and after school, as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Oakland International High School, for the period of September 1, 2021 through May 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
