V.-30 21-2481 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 by and between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to subcontract with Jose Garcia to serve as the Intensive Pathway Case Manager, teach full-time an art-based wellness class to "Young Hawks," most at-risk youth, as well as case manage those students to increase their pass rate in all academic classes; provide trauma-informed training for staff as well as develop pathway aligned cultural activities that improve school's overall culture and climate and maintain a safe environment for everyone at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the period of October 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $60,000.00.
