V.-9 21-2393 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2021-2022 between the District and Juan Quintana, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Title 1 students, one on one, in small groups and/or large group assemblies, counseling services to students that need social emotional support in coping with losses, understanding challenges and provide them with the tools they need to overcome crisis at Franklin Elementary School, for the period of August 16, 2021 through May 31, 2022, in an amount not to exceed $55,439.00.
