Hello, Budget and Finance Committee,
It's the day before your meeting and NOTHING is posted on your major agenda/discussion items. How can Board/Committee Members and members of the public prepare for a meaningful discussion without these items being posted? Despite the B&F Committee's schedule being reduced from 2 regular meetings per month to 1, this seems to be a trend. I believe it is the legislative intent of the Brown Act to promote public access to information and that to post items as soon as they are available, even if it is not 72 hours prior would better achieve this goal. I hope you share my concern and will work on problem solving this.
