V1.-3 21-1798 Ratification by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Alaniz Construction, Inc., Fremont, CA, for the latter provide the following construction services which consists of AC overlay clean pavement surface, apply tack oil, place and compact average of 1.5" of 3/8 medium ot-mix asphalt over approximately 4,275 SF. on two locations including all work described in the June 8, 2021 Proposal attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Franklin Elementary School Playmatting Project, in the amount of $22,785.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on July 19, 2021, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2021.
