V1.-2 21-1796 Ratification by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and G & G Builders, Inc., Livermore, CA, for the latter to perform the demolition services described in Section 1 of the Agreement: disposal of two(2) Play structures with PIP rubber matting, haul-out Chain Link fence, Basketball hoops and two (2) backboards, including all work described in the May 3, 2021 Scope attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Franklin Elementary School Playmatting Project, in the amount of $23,840.00, as the selected contractor, with work scheduled to commence on July 19, 2021, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2021.
