V.-38 21-1949 Approval by the Board of Education of a Data Sharing Agreement 2021-2022 between District and Talking Points, Pleasant Hill, CA, authorizing District to share data with the latter, which will allow Talking Points to conduct an evaluation on the impact of Talking Points on student outcomes for students whose families were contacted via Talking Points at any point from 2014 to the end of the 2020-21 school Year, for the period of August 5, 2021 through June 30, 2023, at no cost to the District.
