V.-15 21-1827 Approval by the Board of Education of a General Services Agreement by and between the District and ACC Environmental Consultants, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide hazardous materials investigation, hazardous materials work plan, prepare cost estimates, and provide abatement oversight and final report of findings, including all work described in the April 9, 2021 Proposal, which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, for the Cole Administration Center Project, in the not to exceed amount of $80,626.00, with work scheduled to commence on September 9, 2021, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2023.
