Some of the issues in short:
    * We are short staffed, which sometimes means larger numbers of students in close quarters.
    * Various classes are sometimes shifted, shuffled, and students mixed.
    * As an OUSD school, we have loose and unreliable response mechanisms to positive cases of Covid, such as modified quarantine. This means students who have been exposed to positive Covid cases can continue to come to school uninterrupted, but just can’t come to after-school and other non-day school programming.
    * We haven’t even been able to depend on modified quarantine, having communication consistently fall through the cracks. IE: I received notice on 8/23/21 stating that, effective 8/14/21 through 8/24/32, exactly 12 of my students are listed on modified quarantine, and are not to attend my class in after-school program. As a result, these 12 students who had been with me from 8/14/21-8/23/21 stayed home for one day, and returned the following day.
