V.-42 21-1562 Approval by the Board of Education of a Data Sharing Agreement between the District and Oakland Starting Smart and Strong, Oakland, CA, authorizing OUSD to share student data with the latter, which will allow for the assessment of the success of Oakland Starting Smart & Strong's efforts, and those of its partner organizations, including OUSD, to provide universal access to developmental screening for children in Oakland, for the term of April 20, 2021 through April 19, 2022, at no cost to the District.
