V.-91 21-1482 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and PranaMind, LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the lead consultant and to manage the continuing education process for approximately 25-30 educators and ensure delivery of two professional development training sessions; provide technical assistance in the form of a follow-up meeting either virtually or face to face (TBD); and develop a brain-based reading program for use by students at Sankofa United Elementary School, for the period of May 1, 2021 through October 31, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $6,000.00.
