V.-27 21-1060 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.2, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Luster National, Inc., Oakland CA, for the latter to provide additional Contract and Labor Compliance services for the District, for the Facilities Planning & Management Project in an additional amount of $401,623.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $698,874.00 to $1,100,497.00, and extending the expiration of the Agreement from June 30, 2021 to June 30, 2022 (an additional 365 calendar days), and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
