V.-11 21-1363 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and LifeLong Medical Care, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide immunizations and vaccinations, including vaccinations for COVID-19, through its District's School-Based Health Centers, as described in the Section 1 - Services of the Amendment, for the unchanged period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023, at no cost to the District. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
