I continue to be concerned about the late sharing of information with the public (and with the Board!) in many fiscally sensitive situations, especially those related to use of OUSD property. For months, I have been asking for a public share of the MOU on site use. I believe that understanding this agreement and the particulars of a situation where a site would be vulnerable to a co-location could be helpful to the discussion of what space should be considered "available," Please make the MOU public or, if it is posted, please let the public know where. Additionally, I have been asking, and the board also asked, for a comprehensive list of leased OUSD properties. Again, understanding the particulars of these leases will help the discussion of what OUSD property could be available and how it might be best used when those leases expire.
