V1.-2 21-1079 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - District and Innovative Construction, Oakland, CA, - for the latter to provide installation of the added plates at the outriggers, extended plates at the walkway frame, painting of the exterior steel framing, extended plates at the canopy entry and installation of the toe plates at the walkway frame (refer to PCOs 1-5), for the Madison Park Academy Windscreen Installation Project, in the amount of $40,740.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $606,361.60 to $647,101.60, and extending the term of the Agreement from March 12, 2020 through December 31, 2020 to March 12, 2022. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
