V.-60 21-1160 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Marsha Rhynes, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional development to teachers, working with teachers one-on-one as needed, and leading Cultural Humility PD and facilitated Lesson Planning, Observation of Racial Equity, Parent Liaison Coaching and Leadership Spiral development, for the period of October 15, 2020 through May 30, 2021, in the additional amount of $20,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $13,090.00 to $33,090.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
