V.-29 21-1101 Approval by the Board of Education, pursuant to Board Policy 3290, of the District's application to the California Department of Food and Agriculture requesting $239,463.00 in California Farm to School Innovation Grant Program funds to revamp the District's California Thursdays Program to weave together locally-sourced food featured in school lunches with hands-on experiential learning, nutrition education, and garden education opportunities for students, staff, and families at 44 District Title I elementary schools, for the period July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
