V.-43 21-0855 Approval by the Board of Education of the Educational Results Partnership Data Privacy Agreement (DPA), (for use with Cal-PASS Plus Memorandum of Understanding) between the District and Educational Results Partnership (ERP), Sacramento, CA, describing the duties and responsibilities of ERP to protect the Cal-PASS Plus Data transmitted to ERP from OUSD pursuant to Cal-PASS Plus, including compliance with all applicable statutes, including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, SOPIPA, AB 1584, and other applicable California State laws, all as may be amended from time to time, with ERP bound by this DPA for the duration of District's participation in CalPASS Plus or so long as ERP maintains any Student Data.
