V.-42 21-0854 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement between the District and Safe Passages, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional services: placement of 3 AmeriCorps Members to support early literacy and family engagement efforts at Esperanza Elementary School, as described in said Amendment, incorporated herein by reference a though fully set forth, in the additional amount of $11,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $37,400.00 to $48,400.00 and decreasing the Agreement term from October 28, 2020 through June 01, 2021 to August 17, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
