V.-32 21-0812 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to provide in-person learning supports - may include support with accessing technology, facilitating access to classroom zoom sessions, motivating students to complete work, providing one-to-one mentoring or encouragement, and connecting with supplemental services if needed - to students in grades 9-12 at Ralph J. Bunche Academy, at no additional cost to the District, for the period July 1, 2020 through June, 2021, in the unchanged not to exceed amount of $95,488.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
