V.-30 21-0775 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide academic support to students in groups as well one on one, coordinate with teachers on how to best meet needs of students, implement Building Intentional Communities curriculum with students, and provide daily guided physical activities; also provide funding for a Restorative Justice Facilitator at EnCompass Academy, in an additional amount of $11,306.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $104,998.00.00 to $116,304.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
