V.-28 21-0767 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Bay Area Community Resources, San Rafael, CA, for the latter to increase staff time for supporting teachers during class time, supporting students with academics both in groups as well as one on one, and provide daily physical activities for students via ZOOM for students at Prescott Elementary School, in an additional amount of $1,079.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $110,282.00.00 to $111,361.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
