V.-25 21-0763 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Moira De Nike, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to add 80 hours of program evaluation for the Federal Human Trafficking Youth Prevention Education (HTYPE) Grant, to current Scope of Work, in the additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $11,000.00 to $21,000.00, for the period of September 30, 2020 through June 30, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
