V.-20 21-0758 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and Oakland Leaf Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to adjust services to support school day as well as after school time, with adjustments including supporting teachers during instruction time via ZOOM as well as supporting students in Literacy and Math, both in group settings and one on one; host Social Emotional Learning circles focused on the social emotional well-being of youth, provide daily wellness check phone calls and Zoom meetings with students and families as needed, and facilitate connecting families with available resources at International Community School, in an additional amount of $6,575.00, increasing the MOU not to exceed amount from $104,997.00 to $111,572.00, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
