V.-16 21-0746 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter, via Zoom or Goggle Hangout, to provide an Artist in Residence to facilitate three 12 week sessions over the course of the school year, as follows: 5.0 hours per week for 2 sessions of Visual Arts/Design/Environmental Arts with geometric elements Instructors; 5.0 hours per week for 1 teacher providing visual arts instruction in Math at Ralph J. Bunche Academy, for the period of February 1, 2021 through May 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $22,000.00.
