V.-15 21-0745 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1. Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Maryam Toloui, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide fifty-three additional hours of on-going clinical supervision of up to 8 unlicensed social workers and Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs), as a group and individually, participating on the District's Student Newcomer Wellness Team, in the additional amount of $4,400.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $25,000.00 to $29,400.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 15, 2020 through May 28, 2021 to June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
