V.-14 21-0741 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) 2020-2021 between the District and East Bay Asian Youth Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide in-person learning supports - may include support with accessing technology, facilitating access to classroom zoom sessions, motivating students to complete work, providing one-to-one mentoring or encouragement, and connecting with supplemental services if needed - to students in grades TK - 5 at Bella Vista Elementary School, at no additional cost to the District, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
