V.-5 21-0813 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor, - District and Ray's Electric Company, Oakland, CA, - that includes back charges for extra Inspection Services for the Washington Sankofa Portables Project in the amount of $30,631.00, reducing the Agreement price from $348,080.00 to $317,449.00, and extending the term of Agreement from June 1, 2020 through August 1, 2020 to October 21, 2020. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
