V.-4 21-0629 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement for Architectural Services between the District and Dialog Design, LP, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide review of fire alarm drawings, update fire alarm record drawings, perform fire alarm system test and generate report stating results of the test, perform close outs for (4) priority school sites, for the DSA Legacy Facilities Project, in the not-to exceed amount of $42,482.50, which includes a $7,682.50 contingency fee, as the selected consultant, with work scheduled to commence on April 29, 2021, and scheduled to last until December 31, 2021, pursuant to the Agreement.
