I am sorry I am unavailable to be present at the meeting today to present this suggested new legislative matter. I hope you will consider asking staff to create a consolidated list of leased and rented OUSD properties, including Prop 39, Prop 51, 7-11 and other properties, with the address, rental amounts, length of commitment, and other relevant information so it can easily be seen and evaluated by the Board and public. I hope this list will become a reference in the discussions around fiscal stabilization and also a springboard for action when the lease terms need to be improved. Thank you for your consideration.
