V1.-2 21-0512 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 3, Independent Consultant Agreement between the District and Jensen Hughes, Concord, CA, for the latter to provide additional site visits to witness re-test of the fire alarm and attend combined fire alarm and intrusion alarm pre-pull meeting for Increment 3, as described on pages 2-3 of proposal dated February 16, 2021, attached to this Amendment, as part of Exhibit A, for Increment III of the Fremont New Construction Project, in an additional amount of $16,940.00, increasing Agreement not to exceed amount from $86,430.00 to $103,370.00, extending the term of the Agreement from November 9, 2017 through December 31, 2020 to April 10, 2022 (an additional 466 calendar days), and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said Consultant. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
