V.-28 21-0535 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional hour, totaling 2 hours of art integration classes for each of K-2 classes during the 6-week cycle, in the additional amount of $12,500.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $12,500.00 to $25,000.00, at Hoover Elementary School, for the term October 28, 2020 through May 28, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
