V.-30 21-0260 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Grant Agreement between the City of Oakland and District, with latter accepting an additional $85,000.00 in Measure Z (Public Safety and Services Violence Prevention Act) Funds, to manage and oversee the implementation of Oakland Unite support for justice involved youth, raising the total grant not to exceed amount from $100,000.00 to $185,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from June 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 to June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
