V.-11 20-2543 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the District and the Junior Center of Art and Science (JCAS), Oakland, CA, for the latter to expand the creative youth development based, arts-integrated residency where arts learning is infused throughout classroom learning to all fifth-grade classrooms, as described in the MOU, at Franklin Elementary School, in an additional amount not to exceed $12,500.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the MOU from $12,500.00 to $25,000.00, for the period of November 13, 2020 through June 30, 2021. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
