V.-18 21-0019 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Asmara Ogbai, La Mesa, CA, for the latter to provide support in the redesign of systems of engagement, on-boarding, and orientations, specifically, the creation of student "squads" which are peer alike groups of students who can provide ongoing support to each other during asynchronous work time at Elmhurst United Middle School, for the period of October 1, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in the additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $30,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
