V.-19 20-2454 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Seneca Family of Agencies, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide case management services, virtually or in person in accordance with current Distance Learning format, that will include students assigned to a mental health counselor and those offered the required counseling hours based on their rehabilitation plans, via the High School Network, for the period of September 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00.
