V.-18 20-2453 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Civic Productions LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to organize 2-3 projects, including those specifically mentioned in Specific Outcomes of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, over the course of the year in which OUSD students produce work hosted by community partners; work in coordination with the OUSD Linked Learning Office and high schools to facilitate the connection between OUSD students and community college faculty to develop their work and learn about post-secondary opportunities and career pathways available to them via Linked Learning Department, for the period of November 10, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
