V.-5 20-2059 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment, Community-Based Organization Master Contract [Cover Sheet] between the District and County of Alameda, on behalf of its Health Care Services Agency (ACHSA), incorporating and amending Exhibits A thru F, Master Contract 900322 (aka as Procurement Contract No. 20891), as specified, funding ACHSA Safe Routes to School Program and Coordination for the District, as described in the Master Contract, in an amount not to exceed $255,000.00, for the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Master Contract remain in full force and effect.
