I am always concerned by the district's lease proposals, and the trend over many years to make deals which were not to OUSD's benefit.. The actual terms must be brought before the public and represent positive revenue to the district for the betterment of OUSD students. An additional concern is how this proposal will impinge or not impinge on OUSD's core mission of educating district students.
