I strongly oppose the employment of Donnie Barclift, Field Supervisor, Nutrition Services. He is the Bill Cosby of OUSD. Anybody that knows this man in the 80's and 90's knows he used to imitate Bill Cosby on a daily basis. Now Bill Cosby is in prison convicted for aggravated indecent assault in 2018. Donnie Barclift is a predator and sought employment in OUSD because he thought it is filled with people that are easy targets. Take for example the 5 kids he claimed to OUSD media to have. In fact, they're not his kids, they're step kids. This liar must be carefully investigated for why he really sought employment in a K-12 school district. A simple check reveals most what he told OUSD news is not true. How does such an person get employed by OUSD if not for corrupt favoritism or other informal/illegal hiring practice? The private background check also revealed that shortly after he gained employment with OUSD he claimed his wife also became employed with OUSD. This is equal employment?
