V.-23 20-2098 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Mills Teacher Scholars, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide twenty 1-hour sessions of coaching services to be scheduled monthly for Fillmore Rydeen and Sarah Wllner, using the Mills Teacher Scholar approach for the Visual and Performing Arts Program, via the Academics and Instructional Innovation Department, for the period of October 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $4,200.00.
