U1.-6 20-1963 Approval by the Board of Education of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor - Competitively Bid - on behalf of the District to Data Media Services, Inc., ("Contractor"), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide installation of eleven (11) exterior cameras, which includes programming the servers and software equipment, for the Glenview Elementary School Video Surveillance Installation Project, as described in Bid Proposal - Document 00 31 01 - received 10:03 A.M., August 31, 2020, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, in the amount of $50,000.00, which includes a contingency of $5,000.00, as the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and rejecting all other bids if any, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Agreement for same with said bidder with work scheduled to commence on October 29, 2020, scheduled to last for Ninety (90) Calendar days, and ending January 27, 2021.
