U1.-1 20-1946 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 5, Independent Consultant Agreement for IOR Inspection Services between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland CA, extending time of Agreement, for latter to serve as IOR, by 92 additional calendar days, from June 6, 2018 through October 31, 2020 to January 31, 2021, for the Fruitvale Elementary School Fire and Intrusion Alarm Replacement Project, and authorizing the President and Secretary of the Board to sign the Amendment for same with said IOR. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
