P.-29 20-1810 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and CompuClaim, Inc., Newport, RI, for the latter to determine Medi-Cal eligibility and ascertain Medi-Cal identifier numbers for students served by District within limits imposed by California Department of Health Care Services ("DHCS") and county governments upon commencement of the Local Education Agency Billing Option (LBO) services, and monthly thereafter (An updated student extract will be provided by District and sent to CompuClaim for monthly tape match process); provide training, related services and activities as set forth in Exhibit A of Agreement, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00.
