Winston, Education Consulting LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide work and support the Intern Partnership Program by developing the Memorandums of understanding (MOUs) between the District and college and university partners, as describe in Exhibit A of Agreement, via the Talent/Human Resources Department, for the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00.
