P.-14 20-1718 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Professional Services Agreement 2020-2021 between the District and Maryam Toloui, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide ongoing clinical supervision of up to 8 unlicensed social workers and Marriage and Family Therapists (MFTs), as a group and individually, participating on the District's Student Newcomer Wellness Team, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement via the English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement Department, for the period of August 15, 2020 through May 28, 2021, in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.
